A double degree Senior Marine Officer / Marine Operations Engineer with 16 years of command/ superintendent/ ship inspection/ risk assessment experience, presently working as Offshore Director for Marine & Offshore Consultants and as a Senior Marine Consultant / Project Manager for GLIS MWS Department – DNV GL – Hamburg Office; previously involved with MWS Oil & Gas services – engineering and project management for GL-Noble Denton Germany & Noble Denton U.K., before that, head of shipping department for a U.K. based oil trading / shipping company, handling shipping/ trading/ chartering operations and before that at sea for 7 years gaining experience of chemical/ oil/ product tankers/ shipyard new-building construction supervision and commissioning, worked as technical manager for a tanker inspection company; possessing extensive computer knowledge including database programming, server administration, network architecture; speaks fluent English/ Italian.

Our Code of Conduct policy applies to all employees and provides the framework of principles for conducting business, dealing with other employees, Clients and suppliers. • Under no circumstances may employees offer or accept money
• Any employee, who in good faith, raises a complaint or discloses an alleged breach of the Code, whilst following correct reporting procedures, will not be disadvantaged or prejudiced. All reports will be dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.

Any employee in breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
Should an employee have doubts about any aspect of the Code of Conduct, they must seek clarification from the HR Manager.
